Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

Location: Amman – Jordan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide feedback.
  • Implement and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Conduct thorough testing for mobile apps, web apps, and APIs to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to continuous initiatives within the QA team and development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software testing.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in test management software.
  • Good working knowledge of programming languages.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in implementing automate testing.
  • Ability to write test case based on system requirements.
  • Experience with Mobile Apps, Web Apps, and API testing.
