Inventory Toolkit Advanced is a mobile app that makes storekeepers Entry Voucher, Issue Voucher, Transfers between stores, and Stock Taking Operations much easier.

Entry Voucher:

The user can create an entry voucher by scanning the products barcodes or by searching using name or number or category. Then, after the user completes entering the products, the user enters the voucher main information like Entry Store, and other information. And within this process, the user enters the cost of each product and quantities so that it is considered in costing. After that, the voucher is transferred to the warehouse system by network.

Transfer Voucher:

The user can create a transfer voucher by scanning the products barcodes or by searching using name or number or category. Then, after the user completes entering the products, the user enters the voucher main information like selecting from which store these products are being transferred and to which store, and other information. After that, the voucher is transferred to the warehouse system by network.

Stock Taking:

The user chooses the products he wants to count stock for them using barcode scanning or searching and filtering within the products catalog, and then choses the store that the stock is taken for. then, this information is transferred to the warehouse system by network in order to be compared with the system’s stock.

Issue Voucher:

The user can create an issue voucher by scanning the products barcodes or by searching using name or number or category. Then, after the user completes entering the products, the user enters the voucher main information like output Store, and other information. And the system automatically calculates the cost of the products depending on other entry, output and sales operations.
