UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability and consistency
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct and apply user-centred design principles throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and define design solutions
• Improve existing UI/UX based on feedback, usability insights, and business needs
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimised for different devices and screen sizes
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous design improvements

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects (web and/or mobile)
• Proficiency in Figma and other wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision)
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and UX best practices
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to translate requirements into clean, functional, and visually appealing designs
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
