Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management: Utilise CRM systems to maintain and enhance customer relationships with effective follow-ups.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales performance reports and analyse results to refine strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to address market demands and achieve shared objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably a fresh graduate or a candidate with no more than one year of experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies for both sales and marketing.
