Computer & networking Maintenance Engineer

Job Details:

• Job Title: Computer & networking Maintenance Engineer.
• Location: Amman / On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent and fix problems, both at the company and at clients locations.
• Visit clients to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Create maintenance reports and record daily tasks at the company and clients sites.
• Enhance equipment performance and suggest updates to keep customers satisfied.
• Contact suppliers and gather offers for needed hardware.
• Manage inventory items and ensure they are available when needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines during maintenance work.
• Provide technical support to clients and employees and give advice as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of computer and networking maintenance experience (we encourage recent graduates to apply).
• Knowledge in network setup and computer maintenance is required.
• Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to work on-site or at client sites.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
